- Presenting service details to targeted Architects and interior designers in industry and establishing a positive bond with them.
- Inclined to travel long distance to collaborate with architects and interior designers for studying business opportunities.
- Understanding the pain points and observe the reactions of architects and interior designers to our service presentation.
- Collecting survey reviews from Architects and interior designers.
- Analysing case studies by making onsite visits.
- Collaborating with the team in developing and strategizing presentation contents for upcoming projects.
- Building and Maintaining relationships with various industry audiences.
- Focus on negotiating deals with event and conference organizers for presentation of our service.
- Organizing and maintaining databases containing relevant market information, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and sales to align research findings with business objectives.
- Assisting in various tasks as needed, which could range from administrative support to ad hoc research requests.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Flexible to perform in tasks related to marketing.
- Analyse market size, growth projections, and regional variations in the waterproofing sector.
Tasks and Activities on Daily Basis:
- Conducting surveys or interviews with architects, clients, or industry experts to gather qualitative data and opinions.
- Assisting in developing strategies based on research insights to support business growth and market penetration.
- Researching on gathering information on resources available online associated with the ongoing project.
- Assisting in identifying the Market Trends and resources to channelize business strategies.
- Compiling research findings into reports, presentations, or summaries to communicate key insights to the team.
- Monitoring industry publications, conferences, and online resources to stay updated on prospect gatherings.
- Assist in developing contents for various projects that requires intensive cross collaboration among team members.
- Research and compile competitor profiles, analysing their strengths, weaknesses, and target markets.
- Track regulatory changes and their potential impact on the industry.
- Develop and execute surveys, interviews, or focus groups to gather data on client preferences, needs, and perceptions.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data using research tools and software, and providing insights on categorizing these data in qualitative and quantitative segments.
- Prepare insightful reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations.
- Research and profile key players in the industry, from manufacturers to contractors and distributors in the waterproofing segment of construction industry.
- Have license to travel outskirts and outstation via car or bike whichever is convenient.

- Presentation skills and good public speaker.
- Smooth Talker to gather maximum information from architects and interior designers. Extracting maximum information.
- Strong interest in researching construction standards that is practiced in the industry.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS office, After Effects and Figma.
- Ability to take surveys and document research findings, categorizing these data.
