In 2017, Abhishek, the founder of Urbanroof, identified a significant gap in the construction industry. To bridge this gap, he established our company. While the healthcare sector was working relentlessly to make people aware of preventive health measures, no one seemed to be doing the same for our beloved Homes, workspaces & building structures. It struck him that just as regular exercise and a balanced diet can keep us healthy, preventive practices could do the same for our properties. The realization was simple yet profound: What if property owners across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors were made aware of preventive practices that could save them from costly repairs, extend the lifespan of their buildings, and increase property valuations?
