Location: Pune.

Job Responsivities :-

Financial Activities:

  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  1. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management to develop budgets, analyze financial trends, and provide insights for informed decision-making.
  1. Variance Analysis: Conduct thorough variance analysis of actual financial results against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and proposing corrective actions.
  1. Financial Planning: Assist in long-term financial planning, assessing financial feasibility of projects and proposals.
  1. Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including taxation and statutory reporting.
  1. Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors during annual financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
  1. Taxation: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring adherence to relevant tax laws and regulations.

Accounting Activities:

  1. Accounts Receivable: Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, tracking collections, and reconciliations.
  1. Accounts Payable: Oversee accounts payable processes, verifying invoices, processing payments, and reconciling vendor accounts.
  1. General Ledger: Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries, ensuring proper coding and classifications.
  1. Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  1. Expense Management: Review and process employee expenses, verifying compliance with company policies.
  1. Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
  1. Month-end and Year-end Closing: Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities, including adjusting entries and reconciliations.
